Abstract

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik cross-sectional menggunakan istilah pencarian “diet” OR “food” OR “nutrition” AND “coronary artery disease” OR “stroke” OR “cerebrovascular accident” pada database Scopus menggunakan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish.

Empat jurnal teratas adalah Circulation and Journal of American College of Cardiology (6,5%) diikuti oleh European Heart Journal and Nutrients (5%).
