Author Guidelines
Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts to Art Educare are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below:
1. Scope of Submission
Submissions must align with the journal’s focus on Visual Art Education, Art Creation, or Art Studies. Both research-based and practice-based articles are welcomed.
2. Originality and Ethics
Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under review elsewhere. Authors are responsible for proper citation and adherence to academic integrity.
3. Language
Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, using clear and academic language.
4. Manuscript Format

Length: 4,000–8,000 words (including references)

Format: Microsoft Word, 12-pt Times New Roman, 1.15 spacing

Structure: Title, Abstract (150–200 words in English and Bahasa Indonesia), Keywords (3–5), Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References

Citation Style: APA 7th edition
5. Figures and Tables
Figures and tables should be numbered, titled, and clearly referenced in the text. Visual documentation should be submitted in high-resolution.
6. References
A minimum of 15 scholarly sources, with at least 40% from the last 5 years. Reference management software (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero) is recommended.
7. Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal's online submission system. Authors must register and follow the step-by-step process provided.
8. Peer Review
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review. Editorial decisions are based on reviewer feedback and the quality of the manuscript.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Art Educare does not charge any article processing or publication fees (Free APC). Publication is entirely free of charge.
