Tuberkulosis Paru: Tinjauan Komprehensif dari Patogenesis hingga Tatalaksana Terkini

Pendahuluan: Tuberkulosis paru (TB paru) merupakan penyakit infeksi menular dengan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas tinggi secara global. Meskipun terapi standar telah tersedia, resistensi obat, komplikasi pasca-pengobatan, dan kerusakan paru jangka panjang menjadi tantangan utama.
Metode: Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka yang merangkum literatur ilmiah dari berbagai database seperti PubMed dan Google Scholar selama periode 2018–2025. Topik yang dikaji meliputi epidemiologi, patogenesis, manifestasi klinis, diagnosis, terapi, komplikasi, dan strategi pencegahan TB paru.
Kesimpulan: Tinjauan ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi diagnostik dan terapi yang berkelanjutan, serta perlunya perhatian terhadap perawatan pasca-TB untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.
