Hubungan Antara Tipe Sepeda Motor dengan Nyeri Punggung Bawah di Wilayah Surakarta dan Sekitarnya

Latar Belakang: Penggunaan sepeda motor sebagai moda transportasi memiliki banyak kelebihan, seperti fleksibel untuk jarak dekat maupun jauh, praktis dan mudah dibawa untuk sehari-hari, serta perawatan yang relatif mudah dan terjangkau. Namun, penggunaan sepeda motor sebagai moda transportasi memiliki resiko menimbulkan LBP. Dilansir dari studi di tahun 2023, ditemukan 43,8% dari pengendara motor yang berpartisipasi di studi tersebut mengidap low back pain. Ini dipengaruhi beberapa faktor resiko seperti postur tubuh, usia, indeks massa tubuh, durasi, dan rute berkendara. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan tipe sepeda motor dengan nyeri punggung bawah.
Metode: Bentuk penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain studi belah lintang (cross-sectional). Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Surakarta dengan Google Form yang berisi pertanyaan mengenai data individu dan kuesioner terkait LBP.
Hasil: Data dari penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh faktor individu dari pengendara motor terhadap keluhan LBP. Pengaruh faktor individu berdasarkan signifikansi adalah sebagai berikut: jenis kelamin, usia, indeks massa tubuh, rute berkendara, durasi berkendara, waktu istirahat ketika berkendara, dan postur berkendara.
