Gambaran Persepsi Mahasiswa Kedokteran Universitas Jambi Terhadap Pembelajaran Keterampilan Klinik

Pendahuluan: Pembelajaran keterampilan klinik merupakan komponen penting dalam pendidikan kedokteran untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa sebelum berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien. Persepsi mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran perlu dievaluasi untuk menilai efektivitas pelaksanaan dan mengidentifikasi aspek yang perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa kedokteran Universitas Jambi mengenai pembelajaran keterampilan klinik.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 300 responden dari angkatan 2022, 2023, dan 2024 berpartisipasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Student’s Perception Regarding Skill Lab Training in Medical Education yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta persepsi terkait empat aspek pembelajaran, yaitu instruktur, materi pembelajaran, sarana prasarana, dan penjadwalan, untuk memperdalam penilaian mahasiswa terkait persepsi. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk median, min, dan max serta hasil ringkasan jawaban dari pendapat mahasiswa terkait instruktur, materi pembelajaran, sarana prasarana, dan penjadwalan.
Hasil: Sebagian besar mahasiswa menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap pembelajaran keterampilan klinik yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai median sebesar 3. Mahasiswa menilai instruktur kompeten, komunikatif, dan mampu memberikan umpan balik yang jelas. Materi pembelajaran dinilai relevan dengan kurikulum dan SKDI, meskipun ditemukan beberapa ketidakkonsistenan. Sarana prasarana dianggap cukup namun masih terbatas, dan penjadwalan dinilai baik meskipun terkadang berubah secara mendadak. Pembelajaran ini diketahui meningkatkan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan kesiapan mahasiswa menuju tahap profesi.
Kesimpulan: Pembelajaran keterampilan klinik di Program Studi Kedokteran Universitas Jambi dipersepsikan efektif dalam menunjang peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa. Perbaikan sarana prasarana, konsistensi materi, dan penjadwalan yang lebih terstruktur diperlukan untuk mendukung kualitas pembelajaran yang optimal.
