Author Fees

LEX POLICY: Journal of Law, Public Policy and Justice does not charge authors any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, article processing, or publication.

The journal applies a No Article Processing Charge (No APC) policy. Authors are not required to pay any submission fee, processing fee, publication fee, page charge, or other mandatory fee at any stage of the editorial and publication process.

This policy reflects the journal's commitment to supporting equitable access to scholarly publishing and ensuring that editorial and publication decisions are based solely on the quality, relevance, originality, and academic merit of submitted manuscripts.

The absence of author fees does not affect the journal's editorial independence, peer-review standards, or publication ethics. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's established editorial policies and peer-review procedures.
