Abstrak

Low student soft skilts seen in the attitude of the students smoke in any place, throw garbage anywhere, sit not in place, communicate less polite, can not create and maintain a healthy environment. If it is allowed then the quality of the output of private colleges will be low soft skill thus unable to compete in the job market. It is necessary for efforts to improve the soft skills. Increased student soft skills can be done by several methods, one of which is deemed appropriate method is to apply the information service. Because the number of students is quite a lot. This study aims to improve the soft skills of students of second semester Prodi BK FKIP through information services. The method used to achieve the goal is to use qualitative descriptive study, the method of data collection using interviews, observation, and testing. For the validity of the data using triangulation, peer discussions, and memberchecking. Analysis of data using an interactive analysis and percentage.
