LAW AND DIGITAL ECONOMY REVIEW (LDER) publishes articles and research reports related to the intersection of law and the digital economy. It is our interest to elaborate on legal frameworks, digital transformation, technology regulations, and the socio-legal implications of the digital economy. It is expected that the journal could become a primary publication outlet for meaningful information and novel research for academics, practitioners, and policymakers navigating the legalities of the digital era. This journal is published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, Indonesia.

Law and Digital Economy Review is a double blind peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Civil Law Department Faculty of Law Universitas Sebelas Maret and  dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of law, technology, and the digital economy. The journal focuses on normative, doctrinal, comparative, and socio-legal analyses addressing legal transformations driven by digitalization, platformization, artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, fintech, and emerging digital infrastructures.

The journal aims to contribute to the development of responsive, adaptive, and future-oriented legal frameworks that ensure fairness, accountability, innovation, and sustainability in the global digital economy.

The journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, comparative studies, and policy analyses in (but not limited to) the following areas:
