Open Acces Policy

M-POWER: Scientific Journal of Development Extension and Community Development Management is an open-access journal, which means that all published articles are freely available to read, download, and share immediately upon publication. The journal provides unrestricted access to its content in support of the global exchange of knowledge and the advancement of research in development extension and community development management.

Users are permitted to read, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, as long as proper attribution is given.
