Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to M-POWER: Scientific Journal of Development Extension and Community Development Management undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the work. In this process, both the identities of the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential to maintain objectivity and eliminate potential bias.
After the initial editorial screening to assess suitability and compliance with submission guidelines, manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its scientific merit, clarity, methodological soundness, significance, and contribution to the field.
The editorial team considers the reviewers’ recommendations to make a decision: accept, accept with minor revisions, revise and resubmit (major revisions), or reject. Authors will receive constructive feedback aimed at improving the manuscript, and revisions must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
The peer review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of the manuscript.
