学习动机是影响外语学习成效的重要心理因素。本研究旨在探讨邦戛AMKUR高中学生汉语学习动机的类型，并分析学习动机与汉语学习成绩之间的关系，以期为汉语教学策略的优化提供参考。
本研究采用定量与定性相结合的混合研究方法。通过李克特量表问卷收集数据，并结合学生成绩档案分析与深度访谈进行资料补充。所得数据采用描述性统计分析及斯皮尔曼等级相关分析进行处理。
研究结果表明，邦戛AMKUR高中学生的汉语学习动机整体处于较高水平，并随着年级升高呈增强趋势。在不同类型的学习动机中，工具型动机最为显著，表明学生学习汉语主要出于现实需求，如未来就业机会和升学等。此外，研究结果显示，学习动机与汉语学习成绩之间存在显著正相关关系，说明学习动机水平越高，学生的汉语学习成绩越好。
