Transformasi pendidikan dan pelatihan olahraga era digital memerlukan integrasi teknologi kewirausahaan guna meningkatkan kompetensi inovasi mahasiswa-atlet namun literasi akses kurikulum industri belum selaras sehingga kesiapan karier dan peluang usaha terbatas. Mengembangkan model edutechnoentrepreneurship yang adaptif meningkatkan literasi teknologi keterampilan kewirausahaan kolaborasi industri memfasilitasi karier atlet melalui integrasi kurikulum pelatihan pengalaman langsung mendukung inovasi sport technology serta keberlanjutan ekosistem profesional olahraga. Pendekatan partisipatif-kolaboratif melalui analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan teknologi dan kewirausahaan, workshop praktik, pendampingan inkubasi bisnis sport technology, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk penguatan kompetensi dan ekosistem karier olahraga digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertema edutechnoentrepreneurship dalam sport careers melibatkan sekolah, universitas, pelatih, dan peserta secara kolaboratif. Pemateri memperkenalkan teknologi olahraga melalui presentasi digital dan praktik, mendorong kemampuan analisis, kreativitas, serta pemahaman peluang usaha sport technology. Dokumentasi menunjukkan suasana belajar aktif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis teknologi. Pelatihan ini memperkuat integrasi pendidikan, teknologi, dan kewirausahaan untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi industri olahraga modern yang inovatif dan kompetitif.
