Indonesian Journal of Educational Community Service (IJECS) is a peer-reviewed journal publishing articles on community service and engagement in education, bridging theory and practice through service-learning, educational outreach, and participatory action research. IJECS is published by the Bachelor's Degree Program in Educational Technology, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret, twice a year (January and July) in electronic (online) format, with its inaugural issue first published in January 2026. The journal covers topics including educational technology, entrepreneurship and vocational education, character education, cooperative learning models, and curriculum and language education.
Current Issue
This issue presents a compelling collection of community engagement initiatives focused on advancing educational technology and empowering educators across diverse learning environments. Through hands-on workshops, participatory training, and targeted mentoring, the published community service activities explore the practical integration of artificial intelligence, visual media, and web-based platforms for both instructional and administrative design. Furthermore, this edition highlights strategic assistance in curriculum evaluation, emphasizing the transformative role of digital competence and systematic innovation in driving quality assurance for vocational, instructional, and community-based education.
