Abstract

Enhancing the quality of vocational education requires structured curriculum monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure alignment with labor market needs and current educational governance standards. However, administrators and educators in vocational institutions often face challenges in conducting internal evaluations based on a systematic framework. This community service initiative aims to improve the understanding and skills of administrators and educators in evaluating curriculum governance using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model, thereby supporting institutional quality assurance readiness. The implementation methods included dissemination, identification of partner challenges, a workshop on developing evaluation instruments, mentoring, and program evaluation. The results indicate an increase in participants' understanding of CIPP evaluation, with the average score rising from 54.2% in the pre-test to 88.6% in the post-test. Participants also successfully drafted internal quality evaluation documents that are adaptable to evolving educational management standards. This program has positively impacted the strengthening of quality assurance mechanisms within the vocational learning system and supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 regarding quality education.
